As of today, the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board has replaced the MLS system that we have used for 20 years. They’re replacing the system in order to better sync the Vancouver Island Board with the Victoria Real Estate Board, and to provide an overall updated and improved MLS system. During this transition, there may be some disruption and you may experience some difficulty finding existing listings you have looked at or saved.
Some of your current alerts and PCS emails may also be affected. If you have any issues using the new system, or with your automatic listing alerts (private client services emails), please reach out to me. I’m happy to walk you through it, and make any changes required to ensure you’re receiving the most relevant listings for your individual goals.
