April was not very active untiil mid month after the Easter holiday and school spring break had ended.  More listings seemed to come on the Multiple Listing Service or MLS®. And more Buyers were making viewing appointments throughout the Island. From my perspective it is no longer a ‘Sellers market.” Homes are getting offers below asking….below Tax Property Assessed value.  However waterfront, waterview, and acreage properties are still in demand and are holding their values. The month ended up with more listings, more pending sales and busy agents!
