Analysis

Sales seemed slow for August, but I think they reflected a market getting back to normalcy. Towards the end of the month I saw more homes being listed and coming on the market and it felt like there was more interest and activity from buyers. I did notice that the price point of homes below $1 million had more activity and sales posted, than homes priced above that amount. And mobile homes showed the most amount of interest and sales. September through December is the fourth quarter of the year . . . it should be an interesting fall.
