May turned out to be an active month with more homes being listed for sale, and buyers looking and buying! Showing homes in Nanaimo . . . I found home prices to be the most volatile. My buyers faced multiple offers twice on Duncan homes . . . so still highly competitive in the $650,000 to $800,000 price range.  The market seemed to reflect buyers wanting to be settled before the end of summer.
