July turned out to be a busier month than I had thought. New listings came online from Nanaimo to Duncan and I listed an incredible ocean view executive home in Ladysmith. However, towards the end of the month buyer interest differently quieted down. Families were enjoying the summer time . . . and not house hunting. I feel this trend will remain until mid August then thoughts of fall will stimulate those last minute decisions to sell or buy and the market resumes.
